Avid is a brand owning consumer business that markets and distributes over 120 SKU’s (Stock Keeping Units) under 16 Main brands which compete in the personal care, OTC and household medicines markets.

Operations in Southern Africa service all of the pharmacy and mass retail outlets both through our own sales force and distribution and with strategically appointed agents.

        • Nu-Hair Treatments, a unique hair treatment range. This brand has been sold in South Africa for over 30 years,

        • Endocil, a scientifically formulated skin care range. This brand has been sold internationally for over 60 years.

        • Vitality, a quality range of nutriceuticals and vitamins developed pharmaceutically for the pharmacy market.

        • Virata & GR household medicines, a trusted range of medicines used daily by thousands of households in Southern Africa.

        • Lipsano lip balm, a state of the art lip care product.

Other well known brands sold by Avid are Multipeol ointment, Hush & Depilan hair depilatories, Tritar dandruff shampoo, Apex ear buddies, HR hair treatment, Soccer deodorants, and Slimming Dragees (under licence).
